Our products

Inkognito sells original fragrances inspired by the style of popular designer scents. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any designer brand. Brand and fragrance names mentioned on our site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the style of our own fragrances.

We do our best to display products accurately. Colors, packaging and labels may vary slightly from photos — see our Shipping Policy for details on packaging and branding.

Fragrance is for external use only. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Perfume is flammable — keep away from heat and flame, and out of reach of children.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or if a product becomes unavailable — in which case you’ll receive a full refund.

Promotional offers (such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are available while supplies last and may change or end at any time.

Payments

Checkout and payments are processed securely by Whop. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Whop’s terms for payment processing.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which are part of these terms.

Use of our site

All content on this site — including text, images and logos — belongs to Inkognito or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkognito is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
